My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a definite plus. However, the service left much to be desired, with a lack of responsiveness that was frustrating. While the amenities had potential, they did not meet the expectations set for prices like $1800 for two nights. Overall, it had its moments, but I can't say it lived up to being a true luxury experience.

The Grand Beach Surfside Miami boasts a beautiful setting and clean facilities, but the service issues and high prices left me feeling disappointed. While the views from the balcony were stunning, the room amenities didn’t match the cost. The beach chair situation was frustrating, as I felt like guests were being prioritized based on tipping rather than fairness. Overall, there are some positives, but my experience was overshadowed by service shortcomings.
